I've slept only about 4 hours last night. got back from KTV session with my colleagues at around 2AM in the morning and after bathing and waiting for my hair to dry it was soon nearin 3AM! Now i'm back in the office being hyper due to lack of sleep.

Actually this happened really long ago. like a couple of weeks back while iw as walking past the neighbouring HDB flat to get to my house. somewhere along the way came a strong meowing of a kitten and so i turned around to located where the sound was coming from and voila..!

tiny little thing isn't it?

it meowed at me loudly while i saw it standing and shivering at the same time. while i called out for it trying to make it come to me and using my fingers as some sorta bait, i could see it approaching warily.. taking one step forward then two steps back again. soon it came to me and well, i was aware that it was a stray so i didn't want to use my hand to touch it. it came over and as i squatted infront of it, it rubbed it's body at my knee cap.

too bad i don't have any milk or wadsoever with me and i'm too far off from the nearest convenience store to get one. if i do, it'll probably be gone by the time i get back. it tried following me when i stood up and leave but soon changed its course and went back to where it was at first.

then i saw this sight outside Heeren quite sometime ago as well. there were initially just black figurines standing around but soon, some of the young artists started gathering around to paint it. guess it's some project.advertisement and gathering attention has really gone up another level since few years ago haven't it?

and now this picture reveals the total amount of tapes i've watched. (since i last took this photo i've watched a couple of tapes more)

mind you, i still have at least 10 more tapes to go! ARGH.

Horses, Donkeys, Zebras.. well all these animals are closely related aren't they?

Ever wondered what'll happen if they.. well.. crossbreed?

What would you name them even the crossbreed is successful?

Question Number One!

What would a crossbreed of a.. lessay Zebra and Donkey result into?

Question Number Two!

What would you name it as..!?

O_O!!

oh well, no need to rack ur brains o'er it and sorry for havin to pour cold water o'er ur imaginations (if u were really even considering my questions). This ain't no new news in fact. I saw this piece of info in one of the tapes I was doin technical QC for n tot it was really ridiculous.

went on down to people park's OG yesterday to meet up Wilson for dinner and also to wait up for him till he finishes work. after the meal i was pretty much on my own to wander about until it's time for him to knock off. explored all 5 levels of the OG store and frankly speaking, it's a torture going thro the lifestyle department where u get exposed to all the evil-ly nice looking cups and bowls and plates and all those really sweet crockery sets..ARGHGHGHGHGHGHH!!! cos u can't buy them!!! either too expensive or for my case.. mom rules the kitchen.

technically the way i would have my own house presented and the way my mom would kinda differ. her idea of nice may not be similar to mine. i like.. uniquely designed furnitures or.. items in my house... and to her, it's a tad overdone or flowery but that's the way i present myself. thro aesthetically presentable and stimulating designs. and i would even buy different sets of crockeries (however u spell it. it's supposed to represent plates n cups) and have them used under various occasions. when u're feeling all Zen or sophisticated, shit there's this japanese tea cup set that i love but it's expensive! or if u're feeling cheerfully arty, there's these cactus themed mugs. i imagine my house being colourfully displayed with interesting things that makes the place fun. cute thrash cans, cute seats, even the clock perhaps. wilson asked if i would even paint the wall myself. yeah i would! and doodle mine own designs on the wall. it's not an impossible feat since i've managed to paint the wall of my own flat just last year. ah.... then i'll have so much fun n joy living in that house of mine... *daydreams*..BUT, that is, if i get my OWN flat! aha! *sighs loudly*

me n mom under the same roof, mom rules. in the eyes of ur parent u're forever a kid somehow. mom's rules apply over urs. and i'm not sure if i shld contribute it to generation gap or wad nots but even if my mom knows me she doesn't really know that much. not at least the way i truly function at work, my thinking, my thoughts etc. she knows the basics but not entirely. therefore the way i function may be very effective but not approved by her because under the stress of havin her around, i simply let her function instead of myself. my mom, is almost wad u can all, a clean freak. she cannot stand untidiness (she'll kill all of u if she sees mess) and dusty anything.

on the practical side of it all, i do have enough space in my current flat to have me, mom, dad and wilson living in it and so technically we don't need a new flat.. arghh.. but that urge for my own space.. and.. my own designs.. argh.. hahaha but the laziness of doin hsework is obviously there. but then again, u can't possibly hav u own mom doin all the hsework all ur life right? haiz. complications of adulthood. u lose some u gain some but havin to lose those stuff is like shit sometimes.

life can be such a cesspool of shit sometimes.

sometimes in the midst of being angsty mom takes me as a punching bag to rant her frustrations at me and i become target practice of most of the grievance she feels and more than often most of the anger source results from my..dad!? hey! then why rant on me!? oh wells.. to argue is to folly and step on the lion's tail when it already has a pin stuck in it's paw. get what i mean? u simply prolong the ranting when u argue so just bear it for the moment although..seriously i admit to a few times i've been tempted to retort bcos the remarks gets more n more offensive and unreasonable. when i say offensive, it's seriously offensive. the unjust sorta offensive. like u've been accused or something she said in the past has been turned back against u. back of my mind will be cursing n swearing at her raking up the past to rant when it's kinda nonsense actually.

perhaps due to my lack of theoretical ability to be specific, let me just contribute these to generation gap. how people function then and we function now largely differs. THEN, they act based on experience and almost instinct like behaviours. but education hasn't be so great back then for them to actually turn introspective and analyse the behaviour themselves and to consider the individual psychological factors which many, even in modern times, would consider as "Cheem". everyone's behaviour has a motivation behind it. good or bad, there's a reason that drives us towards certain behaviour. in a way, i guess i have to thank Iman alot.. a hell lot.. for introducing the discussions about personalities into my life which allowed me to expand my thinking by a whole new level.

it aided me into havin my friends closer to me in a bond that's almost indescribable i guess? i mean how cool is that? u get to understand PEOPLE on a general and also an individual basis of how they function and u could almost anticipate their thinking cos then u'll put urself in their thinking style and finally understand why it's so difficult for some to function in ways we tot it's simple. i guess this is one major major factor cos more than often, in our society, we definitely have a set of invisible should n should nots. how things are generally done and how things are generally not done and people who simply follow these generally done behaviours w/o any good justificaton for why they do it except "cos that's how things are done" will fail to understand the difficulties of those who goes by the way of not doin things the general way. if u bombard them with enough "why" to corner them into finally seeking their own justification, upon realising the real situation they might just be so stunned i swear! by understanding the innermost reason why and how a person function will help u find a more effective way to deal with that person and if u wish u pull him out of any particular behaviour for any reason, u'll have an easier time finding a more effective approach. not all 'BY NORMAL STANDARDS' approaches work u know!? sometimes on different people they end up backfiring! i could almost find myself drooling with joy when i drown myself in all these mental thinking and discussions to figure out some factors about human behaviours. sorry if u think i'm nuts. hahahahaha not that i care anyway. that's wad makes me different from u then, and others as well. I'M UNIQUE! MUAHAHAHA *winks*

anyhow.. wednesday is comin up and altho silly wilson already disclosed all his secrets about what he intends to do for me (kill joy lah u stupid boy!) but nvm, i'm still damn happy about it. *GRINS* feelin all da luuuuuuuuuuuuurve baby! hahaha and friday is our annivasary!! how cool is dat?

ok i just have to include this last liner. I LOVE THE BELGARIAD SERIES! wahahahahahahaha

*strangles patricia*

yes yes now you know who still reads you pretty much abandoned blog so religiously, several times a week. why on earth did u tag me? guess even if i tagged anyone they'll just ignore me or attempt to drown me.

5 facts abt myself:

1) I'm crazy about ALL beef-related dishes
2) I hate cockroaches and yes, for the first time ever u'll hear me SCREAM.
3) I peed on my dad before. (when i was toddler -__-)
4) I hate hugging people (except wilson or my cousin)
5) I'm fascinated by miniature models of food or furnitures.

for point 4, please don't even try? if u do that to me suddenly, my first reaction would be to push you aside. that's quite.. bad. -__-"

ok... Sano, Feng, Lionel, Wilson and Lijun.

I'm tagging u peeps so start writing pls. and tag 5 more ppl from ur side.

p.s. i haven't been there myself but I intend to.
Sharing some lipsmacking information. *wink*

On the side, i took some interesting pictures with my mobile but i can't upload them here yet till i get to meet sano for me to bluetooth him the photos. it's kinda costly to start MMS-ing them to my emails.

anyhow,

i watched Harry Potter and the Fire Goblet yesterday and IT.WAS.A.BLAST!
i mean, it was really good. Worth the money i paid even if i'm paying weekend charges (yest was wednesday yeah) Almost could say, one of the best episodes of the Harry Potter movies I've watched so far. I woudn't go as far out to say that I was disappointed with any of them except that Prisoner from Azkaban was slightly less.. interesting or captiviating. There were lotsa events, important ones, in the latest flick and lotsa action and interesting moments, and people. and since the kids are all grown up now, things are getting even more interesting. so if u ask me if it's worth it? hell yeah just go n watch and indulge in something out of the ordinary. boring reality shows are getting on my nerves and since i'm re-reading my Belgariad series, it sorta reignited my imagination and interest in fantasy stories. BUT, i do wonder if Narnia is worth watching.. i mean yeah it's another nice background and everything movie.. but obviously catching the trend while they can since harry potter and LOTR brought in the hoo haa for fantasy novel based movies.. but Narnia only managed to get me slightly interested but not enough yet.

I've almost given up the idea of watching The Exorcism of Emily Rose since i've heard quite a number of bad reviews from frens but then again, since sano's friends told him it was nice and he too wanted to watch it, now i have to start considering again whether i should watch the movie.

ANOTHER movie that did get my interest was The Family Stone actually.
It seems.. funny. haha with a message naturally.

ok anyway, back to work.

still gotta figure a way out to get to Hougang Mall.

altho it's agreeable for me to be meticulous with certain procedures at work to ensure minimum space for mistakes and being more detailed and careful saves problems from cock ups in the future, but to adopt a practice that is more or less the same result except, from my point of view, less effecient and quite entirely redundant simply gets on my nerve and claws at the back of my mind.

i need to understand the reason behind what i do in order to do them. every function and procedure have to give meaning. if doing a more tedious work does not really makes much difference, i find it plain annoying yet since LH came in to tell me of the newly suggested way preferred for doing things, i do admit on the sudden urge to be really rude and retort on how ridiculous it is altho in the end, i merely curbed my irrational self into simply saying how redundant i feel it is.

venting my anger on her proves nothing. she wasn't the one who wanted it done that way and in fact she finds it pretty redundant as well. but oh well, the one who is less effecient with IT prefers it that way so be it. i can't really be bothered.

the way i function is, the more tedious the procedure, i tend to cock up more. if i have to manually click with a mouse to get things done instead of using the already built in keyboard shortcuts, i think i'm gonna just fuck it and do a bad job anyway. call me short tempered perhaps, if u want, but oh well i do really get damn irritable when things don't make any cow sense.

haha to think that terry called me up couple of days ago to chide me after reading my blog's plea for suggestion to avoid the rain. hahah "DECEMBER NOT MONSOON PERIOD LAH".. opps? hahaha sorry lah i fail my humanities mah!

lol anyway, have a look at how fat my hamster is! it can fall asleep even on it's ass! so cute. hahahahaha

fat hammie

so fat right? hahaahahaha the stupid white one is always biting me. won't let go somemore!! that's our only means to identify our baby monster now tho since they are both so fat and almost of same coat colour. altho i can still identify heizai based on his face shape but well.. sometimes they are bound to be mistakes and i get bitten by the little monster baibai.

actually this happened probably several weeks ago but somehow i just keep postphoning the posting of it. lazy. i met up with some of my old sch mates from KC for an outing since yvonne mardiana is back in singapore for a short while. nice to see some faces from the past. some changed some are more or less the same but nonetheless i had my fair share of shocking news. didn't know one of them was married and had a kid n mardiana's gettin married in indo nxt mth or so..??? geez lol

the girls

janice n i

and so after our get together dinner o'er at Marche we proceeded to our photo taking sessions. they're headin towards Esplanade thereafter but i didn't join them cos.. *pts at background of picture* my dear has already arrived to come pick me up hehehe

i bought some earrings from the e-shop again. hehehe nice ones too. might be heading out to scout for beads later if i'm not too lazy. gotta utilize the pliers i've gotten from Mel to make more earrings and all for friends.

i have been reading the Belgariad Series again and again but each time i understand more and i enjoy reading it all the same no matter how many times i've read it. there's 10 novels in this series mind you, and it's my 3rd time re-reading it already haha

i've tried cooking for my darling dear this morning as part of his breakfast. not that it tasted bad but there's something lacking somehow. that strong distinctive taste. something's probably insufficient in the ingredients i put. probably need to put more of certain portions. i'll try again. MUST SUCCEED!!!

besides this, i'm occasionally hit my moments of melancholia and i get snappy and moody. don't ask me. there's reasons i know and reasons i don't contributing to it. for reasons i know i wish not to think about them at least.

i've managed to terminate wilfred's hp line at long last and now i'm free from a string attached that annoys me constantly and also, i've renewed my contract for my broadband. got a few modem. realised how annoying singtel can get and how cheater bugs they are. my plan, after calling up n ask, is exactly the same one i chose to recontract after. BUT, i've been paying $70+ all along and now it's priced dropped to 47.25 per mth for 2 years and returning to 50++ during standard pricing. they've obviously adjusted the pricing over the years BUT WHY DID U STILL CHARGE ME 70+ PER MTH BEFORE I RECONTRACTED? so.. dishonest!!! hm.......

shall go read my books again.

Getting sick kinda sucks really bad even if it's a common flu or something lol

i'm not the sort who gets sick often and my dear is definitely not the sort either. sano as well hailoon as well but strangely all we sturdy don't-get-sick people are falling sick one by one with fever n flu symptoms and now i've gotten the bug from my bf and is on the road to recovery but this morn when i was woken up by the mornin call from my dear, i realised i couldn't really speak. voice got stuck in my throat.

now i got a seriously horrible croak.

anyhow, was out with melissa teo the whole afternoon yesterday pretty much just hanging out together at parkway parade.

went with mom to mel's aunt's restaurant and the food was not bad actually. since it's so near my place i might even consider going there again next time to let wilson try out the food there as well.

yvonne mardiana's back in singapore and so once again she arranged yet another outing to meet up some old secondary school mates. frankly speaking i wasn't intending to go since i'm sick plus i finish work at 6 and kinda hates being rushed.

but atlas, i couldn't escape lol cos yvonne soon called me up on my phone asking me about it and finding it difficult to reject i agreed and dragged feng along with me lol. we've planned a plan B (escape) if things gets boring. what to do, two broke fellahs lol.

gonna go rollerblading with mel tomorrow morn and gotta rush dwn to clementi to pass james my pc. haiz. so cumbersome. lucky mel's going with me. i'm kinda worried tho cos it' only occured to me today that her back injury is still not totally OK.. gosh.. how she rollerblade!? jia lat. better fill her up with protective paddings tomorrow haha and at night, wilson intends to bring me along to his friend's bdae party and that'll be late at night. whee. lucky, i'ts saturday. wahaha.. have no plans YET for sunday tho i MAY hafta go town to get a thing or two with mel to make our own earrings. wanna spend quality time w her before she leaves and i doubt i'll get to see her till several years later.

hmmmmm packed schedule for the week but this week has been fun some how. lotsa holidays hahaha.. got a few movies to catch but no time!? rargh.. so irritating.

kk time for lunch.

While I was sitting down for lunch with the mama's of my dept and leehuei as well, my supervisor sat next to me asked me i could help her by extending my contract til december 2nd. yes, another extention.

if i agree, this will probably be the last extention i'm agreeable with since i'm having BBQ and lotsa stuff going on in december and i really needed a long break. i did tell her tho, that i'm gonna take off in november. i want my birthday celebrated outside office.

why don't i get a decent job? well, i wanna rest first.

why not just quit? i got nothing better to do at home and i need the cash. investment in BBQ. and the other stuff(s) i wanna buy.

then the ex-supervisor of mine from the china team spoke with me about the next task which she wants to handover to me. how.. quickly she seizes the moment to bring up the topics of task allocation. since i'm being juggled between two teams, i gotta handle all the rubbish from both teams.

she did mention about me continuing to watch the animal planet tapes as i did before when i was in her team so i was alright with it actually since i liked watching some of the tapes..... animals you see. they're cute.

but little did i expect...

....

this huge pile..

to be found on my DESK!

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.....!!!

somebody kill me please. or kill her.

i was staring with disbelief at my desk and next my phone rang and i saw my china team supervisor peeking over. i picked up the call n first thing i said (remembering to add in a joking tone) was "you trying to murder me issit".

counting counting.. there's roughtly about 30 odd tapes there.

geez.

...sleepy heads...

did i mention that my PC got screwed up again? apparently SOMETHING happened and caused it to be unable to read my Windows and this annoying black screen with nothing but two lines of white words appeared telling me to reboot/insert reboot media etc..

WTH!?

so now i have to travel down to simlim to get it fixed but jamesy offered to check it out and if need me, reinstall for me. might save me money overall but i still gotta make a trip down along with my cpu to Clementi for jamesy to check my cpu.

sano's comin along. let's just be on the safe side haha

uploaded some new pics on friendster and last sunday was Karen's 21st bdae and it went pretty well i guess. lotsa people turned up and we took quite alot of pictures. i went to the BBQ bcos it was karen's birthday but i was sorta mentally prepared to find myself sitting in a corner stoning since i don't know anyone there at all. fortunately, karen's friends are pretty friendly so i technically didn't really feel neglected at all. i was the photographer of the day tho no commissions for me. haiz

lotsa bdae celebrations coming up though.... today's nic's bdae:

Just an entry to give thanks and be grateful for what I have as I sit n stone to reflect on some personal observations of the things that happened in my life now.

I thank the kindness of someone up there to bless with me all my buddies whom I relate to so closely in the depths of my heart.

I'm so damn grateful to have them. This buncha peeps who are annoyingly fun to be with. Most importantly, no politics, no games, no hurtful actions, all care n concerns.

I have with me my love n my soulmate, (Wilson), my pillar of strength (Sano), my sanity-stabillizer (Feng), random ball (Immy), Bundle of Joy (Karen), Counsellor (Mark), Crapping kaki (Terry), IT helpdesk (Jamesy), Carebear No.1 (Tootie), Carebear No.2 (Lionel), Big Bro (Kelv), My Treasured (Bryan), Inspiration (Lijun) and many more.

It's fun and surprising to have the topics so random, that comes up btwn me n Iman when she brings them up from time to time to stimulate a discussion btwn us that made me learnt and think so much.

Sano is my forever friend and pillar of strength. Nothing in the world is gonna make me break it nor am i ever gonna give it up.

I love my cousins to bits!

Having the same principles in life and sharing the same frequency with immense love & generosity with my dear and only One.

Friendship have grown by a huge step and together countless phone conversations we shared on discussions and brainless crappings all these years, who else but dear old MASAKI~ or rather just Terry. or u rather I call u Wayne. LoL so many names. tsk. but i do see growth and maturity in both of us and congratulate us both is wad we've achieved and i'm proud like a mama hen. lol i see the effort of both parties and then i'm grateful for all the people i have around me whom i call them my buddies. they do too, have put in an immense amount of effort to maintain the friendships we share.

i've met another good person at work i wish to keep around in my life. praise that!

Feng, i'm FOREVER, gonne be ur one and only pain in the ass. U can run, but u can nevah hide!

i realise the kinds of friends we have and the kinda people we keep around us, it really depends on luck. whether we get to bump into them in our lives and know them long enough to keep them in our lives.

all these friendships, people-observing.., love.. is the center of my life. like the paperweight that weighs the paper down. these elements gives me my core stability to withstand all other challenges that seem impossible to overcome.

too impt to lose or frivolously give up.

overheard the conversation of my colleagues (1 thai & 1 korean) on the amount koreans earn and the standard of living in korea.

taking trains will cost us about 2 bucks or so and if you were to convert singapore dollars to korean won, the rates' gonna be around 1 dollar to slightly over 600won.

for a colledge graduate's starting pay, their wage ceiling is around 50,000 a year in singapore dollars. that makes it about 4 thousand over dollars a month! colledge grad!

korean is generally safe but you need to know where not to go.
but of course, comparatively, singapore is still much safer.

yet shocking factor is the standard of living there. there's hardly enough or none for saving purposes if they have the above mentioned pay and no house etc. having to bring up a child is almost unthinkable. (accordin to korean colleague).

to be able to survive comfortably with kids, they need high pay with a house that's paid (without mortgage to deal with). houses in korean ain't cheap. except for those by the country sides. then u'll need a car. cars are cheaper in korea.

then we started drifting off to other topics where my thai colleague was advising me about the knowledge of the right kind of insurance to buy and all. but of course, smarter move is to buy only after you have a stable job and income. think i better make plans for the future.

kinda sian have to think of all these.

i have a tendency to runaway to escape from these so-called 'adult decisions' that's so suffocating.

yet.. i'm already one. an adult. how.. sickening hahaha

mgr is going for leg operation and korean coordinator has tendered the position. now mgr asks if i'm willing to extend til november 18th. to help out for the time being altho they'll be hiring irregardless just that it would be easier if i stayed.

my plans was to not work for november and december since i want to try get a full time job and they'll probably have you start in january anyway. then i can spend time on doing and planning stuffs since this period has always been my busy period of the year. but of course, the less ideal part is that i'll have no income.

guess i'll take up this extension. for the additional income to tong me for the rest of the mths till year end. additional money for spending, and bbq. hm.

POWER TO POREPACKS!

this picture is a result of boredom when one has nothing else to do but to stare into the eyes of your love ... and realise his nose is full of blackheads? ROFL.

was celebrating Yk n weiwei's birthday last ... *memory lapse for a minute* ... ah yes, saturday. we had a lunch out togther and OMG! everyone came! hahahahaha especially the super rare sight of michael. he's always somewhere busy doing something. boys will be boys. never short of their daily dose of NS topics. bored the ladies out of our skulls before we started complaining hahaha. YK brought us to a nice place in ML for lunch and the food was nice. didn't take a good look for the name of the shop but it's between Osim and BakerzInn. Actually, Wilson and I once planned to go there for our Annivasary celebration several months ago but didn't. now that i've had a taste of their food, won't mind going back again. at least it's quiet hahaha

The Gentlemen

The Ladies

ah yes, people, I've finally begun planning for the long awaited BBQ.

Technically it's a belated celebration for my bdae but actually main agenda is just for everyone to gather around, make friends, and Have Fun. the word 'bdae' is just to cheat you people into coming and when you don't, i'll whine alot. ALOT ALOT ALOT!!!

Details will be confirmed on a later note HOWEVER, please for all those invited, CHECK UR SMS!!!! AND REPLY!!!! ROAAAAAR!!!

let me know the dates in early dec (01 - 11) 2005 which you'll NOT, i repeat.. NOT be free. I'll be settling on one date where there will be maximum attendance. Everyone probably knows everyone-else or have at least heard of each others' names somehow cos i'm a blabber and i love talking about my friends and writing about them .. so yeah.

if u have suggestions for interesting menu, let me know asap. i'm working on a budget.

dun tell me stuff like...chicken wings.. crabsticks.. etc. DUH. lol i'm lookin at stuff like.. quote laopopo, "golden mushroom in wraps", etc etc. i duno how golden mushrooms in wraps will taste. i don't know if i'm trying. but do keep the ideas coming in. and if you feel like sponsoring me, U'RE WELCOMED! and if u think u can cook or prepare something to contribute, U'RE WELCOMED TOO! =)

yep. on the side. does anyone or anyone's mom know how to make good curry?

i'm virtually slacking now altho i've been occupied in the morning. i have less than 3 more hrs to go before knocking off. then i can see my dear again and bully him wahahaha. whee.

played badminton yesterday noon with wilson and laopopo. think my back nearly break. laopopo cannot make it already. wilson ... like monkey. two versus one and the 'two' were dying. it seems as tho the more wilson gets into doing some form of exercise, the more energetic he'll become and soon, he evolved into becoming a monkey. or mebbe monkey possesed him. smack the shuttlecock at me like missles got pattern somemore! can jump! wah lau. then laopopo ask me if he's from sch team. are you? *scratch head*

then it rained and rained... and rained..and rained. *pulls hair* for HOURS!!!! we were trapped walking around in bugis waiting for the rain to stop. thank god sano was in the area. wahahaha

i saw lotsa cute stuff!!!

p.s. i like miniature models of e.g. food, cute stuff, furniture etc etc those u'll typically find in a toyshop (actionman.. or something) like the one in bugis junction, or suntec city upstairs just before..toysrus. or those trash can designed stylishly and all. saw them at bugis and heeren.

did i ever mentioned that i bought a ferris-wheel designed photo stand? am now busy compiling pics i love the most to fill it up with. will take a picture of it when it's completed.

The Exorcism Of Emily Rose

I'm battling over whether i should watch this movie.

It intrigues me.

It might either be a flop.. or be an award winner.

Doesnt matter to me.

Only thing is.. it intrigues my curiousity and want to know and learn more about such.. supernatural happenings since this movie is based on a true story as well.

yet i know, if it's done well, and i'm convinced with this movie (nowadays technology better than in the past.. hmm), it might screw my mind real bad. lol

it might haunt me with images when the night draws near, with similar scenes in my life and when .. i switch off the light. *yes i'm a chicken*

though i know of others who may dismiss the movie as a myth, a make believe, or they themselves strongly believe that such things do not exist...

In fear, i chose to respect them.

i was never too-curious over such things. just know my limits will do. a good story always keeps me up and anxious to watch.

let's not talk about which religion this movie chose to represent, i guess such stuff happens here n there in all the religions.

what i don't know, and unless proven false, means they do share a potential of existence.

everything deserves the benefit of doubt.

perhaps results might be worse... when one chooses to disbelieve...?

am back in Discovery to help out for two weeks and everyone seem surprised except for those who knew i'm coming back. apparantly quite a number of people getting sick and all and the dept suddenly gets pretty shorthanded and required help. what's my task? i'm under another team thus another supervisor now. but i still gotta help chinese team once in a while. in hokkien, we call it "kio sai". know what that means? picking up the shit. lol my friend was like trying to explain to others what are the stuff i'm doing now. i merely repeated 'kio sai' all the way. they get the gist.

today we decided on a few stuff to get and bought home 2 out of the 4 things we've decided cos can't carry them all home today and it's too expensive to have them delivered to us.

me n wilson spent about 3 hours getting the computer work station assembled and another hour to shift it into place along with all the wirings n all. we finally finished everything at about 10.30pm!

but i did like the armchair quite alot. mom conned me into paying for it -__-"

WHEEEEEEEEE!!

check out the new pc i've assembled! all thanks to Chingling with helping me to choose the right parts, and Sano for all the troubles he's been through to help me with the plugs and installation of all the programmes and Jamesy too!!!

Now! I'm back online! after so fuckin long! OMG!

was back in the petshop and saw this rare hammie breed. there was only one of its kind sold in the pet shop and it's called Blue Point. nice coat colour.

wilson have been nothing but a dear. i do know that all these errands i've been running thro n fro to complete, he has accompanied me throughout. these stuff were not his interests and it did bore him. but he didn't complain. *huggles*

hanging out with mel teo was good. borrowed some library books as well of DIY stuff that were really really neat and tempts my hands cos now i feel tempted to try and make some stuff myself as well.

a random shot from tanah merah mrt station that i've taken with my new camera.

in addition, i've also taken some pics of my beloved pipsqueaks that has already fattened up alot.

"I smell .. FOOD!!"

See how ugly my stupid baibai looks when it sleeps?

Anyway, spotted this huge super hairy caterpillar by the wall at my house downstairs.
yuck.

Finally, i've gotten my new digital camera.

bought it at $650.
Given a tripod stand,
camera case,
Photostudio elements CD,
additional 256MB memory card,
and..................camera strap.
muahahaha

Fujifilm Finepix E550

i'm so happy and contented with my new camera.
gonna be lending the old one to hailoon on 'trial' period.
hopefully she'll like it enough to buy it? haha
i'm sellin it really cheap anyway.
just $150.
dont forget to help me do some promotion.
*wink*

i took some really cute pics of my hamsters that turned out really clear and also a pic of a seriously huge and hairy caterpillar i spotted at my stairway.

forgot to bring USB over to bf hse to upload. :P

rarr..........

am currently unemployed. contract ended so now relax awhile before gettin back to job hunting sprees. guess i better hurry on up to gettin my pc fixed and by early nov i can start askin ppl about the BBQ. nice to have people asking me about it already. means they're interested hee. gonna watch movies with melissa o'er the weekend, get pc fixed, meet hailoon to pass her camera.. hm wad else..?

ah yes, bdae for YK hurhur

had a nice simple phone chat w mel n terry today to make my afternoon enjoyable somehow. was at parkway with mom, shoppin and all, before she cheated me into MANGO to buy some tops at my expense. RARRR.. mom is.. big..cunning woman.

then went o'er to marine parade CC to return some library books before headin off to bf's hse. now sittin in his livin room while being in a hse surrounded by men. O_O wilson, his dad, his bro, his uncle (only woman is auntie). wah lau.

hmmmmmmmmmmm dad's hawker center's gonna be under renovation for 10 mths. means dad will be out of job for that period of time. mom and dad is frettin o'er it now. means more worries ahead with regards to our finances now. mom accused me of appearing as if i don't care about the family. oh well. wadever you say. i appear emotionless/uncaring only to deflect negative emotions from overwhelmng me. prevent myself from stressing. what do you expect me to do? i admit to the fact i'm not financially able/fit either. she refuse to have me contribute frm my pay and taunt me by saying that it's not enuff so might as well save it up for myself. i know she meant well. but now using it to accuse me? what can she achieve out of these?

i can't handle stress o'ver things i don't know and will be confused about. i hate paperwork related stress and responsibility. yes, i run away.

can't talk about topics any deeper with regards to personality with mom. she don't know how i work inside besides how i react on the outside. she can anticipate how i'll react but she can never quite understand the 'whys' behind it. even if i tried to explain.

in the midst of explaination should she start to get brain dead, i'll be accused of finding excuses, or shld i start becoming frustrated, she'll rant forever at me. haiz then the old tale of her not understand english will come about and me being higher educated shld be understanding. yes i understand, but for you to attack me with that, issit right? hmmmmmmmmmm

Attended wenhao's bro's wedding dinner last night over at Clarke Quay.
It was held in a very nice restaurant but the seats assigned to us wasn't that great.
In fact, we couldn't see the bride and groom on stage.

So we merely listened, enjoy the food and sit with uncles (e__e)

Anyway the food was good, atmosphere was nice, and after the dinner we managed a stroll down to bugis to take a bus ride home.

witness some peeps playin reverse bungee. looks fun but i doubt i can stomach it very well hahaha

nice?

Today is the last day for me to be in the office. my contract's due. Chingling's as well. so both of us leavin the company. The rest of the dept cooked for us and we had a very filling lunch. doubt i can have dinner. since i'm leaving, i thought why not leave them something. so i made some memoboards for them. my personal fav was actually the dartboard i gave to george haha

sneak peek. half done memoboards.

ginger bread man

cat for leehuei

spent several late nights doin these so i pretty much have quite abit of eyebags already.
but hearin the squeals of the ladies in my dept, lol pretty satisfying. means they liked it.

think i'm getting fat again. better excecise. the moms in the office are feeding us too well. my bf's feeding me to well too. maybe make my conditions lower then nobody else would want me lol then he can lock me up somewhere n hide from flies.

Daddy bought me new shoes!!!!

am gonna be goin dwn to east coast to rollerblade w my colleagues tomorrow morning and perhaps if jamesy is free he'll bring me to simlim or something to help me choose a new pc. sunday's ktv night!!

next week's gonna be my last week working in Discovery Channel cos contract ending.

it's really assuring and comforting to know once again that i'm not just the only one who cares and have people in my mind, and that the feeling is actually reciprocated. did i spell that right? lol anyway, perhaps due to the past when i was a kid and i had a bunch of friends whom i placed a great deal of importance in them since they are my friends and the only bunch of people i play with. with them i placed a lot of effort in making friendships work but things just didn't fit in properly. more than often i give more than i realised and they didn't even care much about me and my needs.

u noe, i always had this sorta like an ideal vacation. it's like a dream i hope i can fulfil. to have a vacation overseas to Japan with a group of selected close friends. people whom i know i can have lotsa lotsa crazy fun with and people who shares the same amount of enthusiasm towards the idea or if not, more than me! i want crazy and fun people with me.

me n sano made a pact. a promise that someday we'll make that dream come true. of course between us, i know it'll happen someday. but i hope for better, which is to have more people joining us.

billy: "NANA..." says:
i was thinkin, we should go on a tour like tat together. Sano, you , Me, kelvin, etsa etc
billy: "NANA..." says:
will be hell lotsa fun

so now i know who else to include into my dream plan. hee.

and what's comforting, well some may brush it off, be happy for awhile but forget what these sentences signifies... but to me, it means that someone else was also thinking about you and including you in their plans for future activities. To me it represents a bond in friendship, a level of closeness etc.

To me, it's significant.

and now i have Billy to help and he sounds pretty enthusiastic about the BBQ i intend to have during december. neat. that's really comforting as well. i can't be bothered with people who gives empty promises or is sloppy about helping. it's very disappointing and i don't like feeling disappointed again.

am now in the project of making memo boards for my colleagues as farewell gifts. seriously hope that i can finish it on time though.

weez!

INFJ - The Mystic
(for more click above link)

quotes from the observation i find accurate.

"INFJs are future oriented, and direct their insight and inspiration toward the understanding of themselves and thereby human nature. Their work mirrors their integrity, and it needs to reflect their inner ideals. Solitude and an opportunity to concentrate thoroughly on what counts most is important to them. INFJs prefer to quietly exert their influence"

Living
"INFJ children have two sides. They can be very much involved in the world of people, as well as quiet, imaginative, and in their own world. "

Learning
"INFJs have a strong love of learning, and they tend to do well academically. Through persistence, diligence, and conscientiousness, they complete their assignments on time. They are likely to enjoy research and will go great lengths to find answers.

INFJs enjoy investigating the possibilities and meanings beyond the actual facts and realities. Reading holds a particular fascination for them because it allows them to have quiet reflection time and engages their imagination. They also like the written word (and rely on it more than the spoken word) since it is usually better structured and more coherent with a ready-made framework.

INFJs write and communicate well because they want to formulate their ideas clearly. They place high regard on their reader and audience. They seek to communicate their ideals to others. When their ideals need to be championed, they speak up in an enthusiastic and impassioned way."

"They are quiet and orderly, reflective and thoughtful, and sincerely want to please their teachers and learn the right thing. They learn best from others but want time to assimilate material by themselves.

INFJs will go beyond what has been presented and often mull material over in their minds. Occasionally they will discuss ruminations with others in order to learn even more. They particularly like the more conceptual and theoretical classes, therefore, higher education is comfortable to them."

Working
"They are personal be with others, working with integrity and consistency, and they follow through on their commitments. INFJs, while concentrating on what is important to them, may ignore the political ramifications of their actions. They can be surprised by the necessity of being political and usually resent that aspect of organizational life. Being able to talk honestly and comfortably to people at work is much more important to them than 'playing games.'"

"The INFJ external environment may be only partially organised. Their internal environment, by contrast, is anything but haphazard. Their ideas need to fit into a coherent whole that has the pieces in place. Organization of the internal world takes precedence over organization of external world."

Leading
"INFJs lead through their quiet yet persistent and determined effort toward long-range goals for themselves, others and their organizations. In working toward their vision, they win cooperation rather than demand it. INFJs work to make their insights real and are able to inspire others with their ideals. They use a low-key, soft, yet intense and determined course of action. When they do not directly lead others, they may still act as facilitators between people. In meetings, they focus on both people and new ideas."

Leisure
"Leisure-time pursuits for INFJs are often solitary or involve the company of others who are particularly important to them. Sitting around with dear friends discussing feelings can be very special to INFJs. INFJs are likely to have friends of long standing rather than make many new acquaintances."

Loving
"For INFJs, 'still waters run deep.' They tend to become attracted to someone special and prefer this one deep relationship over many superficial ones."

INFJs are hard to get to know. They have an unusually rich inner life, but they are reserved and tend not to share their reactions except with those they trust. Because of their vulnerability through a strong facility to introject, INFJs can be hurt rather easily by others, which, perhaps, is at least one reason they tend to be private people. People who have known an INFJ for years may find sides emerging which come as a surprise. Not that INFJs are inconsistent; they are very consistent and value integrity. But they have convoluted, complex personalities which sometimes puzzle even them.

got an sms frm iman this morn saying i might be INFJ instead of ISFJ? haha

I cant retain any memory for the psychological theories of all these personality types. Only a matter of agree and disagree.

There are alot of N characteristics in me, but likewise, there are also alot of S characteristics in me. So what if both forms the basic of my living principles? how to decide which is which? a balance perhaps? or must there be a definite inclination?

iman's bf shot down her examples of my S characteristics thus i am S person discussion and defended with his reasoning that "INFJs' have good S cos they're emotional-memory-people based and value histories lots."

haha

what you think? do comment expansively.

Got curious so went and read online and here are some comparative extracts of the two personality type.

ISFJ

"ISFJs have a rich inner world that is not usually obvious to observers. They constantly take in information about people and situations that is personally important to them, and store it away. This tremendous store of information is usually startlingly accurate, because the ISFJ has an exceptional memory about things that are important to their value systems. It would not be uncommon for the ISFJ to remember a particular facial expression or conversation in precise detail years after the event occured, if the situation made an impression on the ISFJ. "

"They value security and kindness, and respect traditions and laws. They tend to believe that existing systems are there because they work. Therefore, they're not likely to buy into doing things in a new way, unless they're shown in a concrete way why its better than the established method. "

"ISFJs learn best by doing, rather than by reading about something in a book, or applying theory. For this reason, they are not likely to be found in fields which require a lot of conceptual analysis or theory. They value practical application. Traditional methods of higher education, which require a lot of theorizing and abstraction, are likely to be a chore for the ISFJ. The ISFJ learns a task best by being shown its practical application. Once the task is learned, and its practical importance is understood, the ISFJ will faithfully and tirelessly carry through the task to completion. The ISFJ is extremely dependable. "

"More so than other types, ISFJs are extremely aware of their own internal feelings, as well as other people's feelings. They do not usually express their own feelings, keeping things inside. If they are negative feelings, they may build up inside the ISFJ until they turn into firm judgments against individuals which are difficult to unseed, once set. Many ISFJs learn to express themselves, and find outlets for their powerful emotions. "

"Just as the ISFJ is not likely to express their feelings, they are also not likely to let on that they know how others are feeling. However, they will speak up when they feel another individual really needs help, and in such cases they can truly help others become aware of their feelings. "

"The ISFJ feels a strong sense of responsibility and duty. They take their responsibilities very seriously, and can be counted on to follow through. For this reason, people naturally tend to rely on them. The ISFJ has a difficult time saying "no" when asked to do something, and may become over-burdened. In such cases, the ISFJ does not usually express their difficulties to others, because they intensely dislike conflict, and because they tend to place other people's needs over their own. The ISFJ needs to learn to identify, value, and express their own needs, if they wish to avoid becoming over-worked and taken for granted. "

"ISFJs need positive feedback from others. In the absence of positive feedback, or in the face of criticism, the ISFJ gets discouraged, and may even become depressed. "

above referencial quotes taken from Personality Page.

INFJ

"INFJs place great importance on havings things orderly and systematic in their outer world. They put a lot of energy into identifying the best system for getting things done, and constantly define and re-define the priorities in their lives. On the other hand, INFJs operate within themselves on an intuitive basis which is entirely spontaneous. They know things intuitively, without being able to pinpoint why, and without detailed knowledge of the subject at hand. They are usually right, and they usually know it. Consequently, INFJs put a tremendous amount of faith into their instincts and intuitions. This is something of a conflict between the inner and outer worlds, and may result in the INFJ not being as organized as other Judging types tend to be. Or we may see some signs of disarray in an otherwise orderly tendency, such as a consistently messy desk. "

"INFJs have uncanny insight into people and situations. They get "feelings" about things and intuitively understand them. As an extreme example, some INFJs report experiences of a psychic nature, such as getting strong feelings about there being a problem with a loved one, and discovering later that they were in a car accident. This is the sort of thing that other types may scorn and scoff at, and the INFJ themself does not really understand their intuition at a level which can be verbalized. Consequently, most INFJs are protective of their inner selves, sharing only what they choose to share when they choose to share it. They are deep, complex individuals, who are quite private and typically difficult to understand. INFJs hold back part of themselves, and can be secretive. "

"But the INFJ is as genuinely warm as they are complex. INFJs hold a special place in the heart of people who they are close to, who are able to see their special gifts and depth of caring. INFJs are concerned for people's feelings, and try to be gentle to avoid hurting anyone. They are very sensitive to conflict, and cannot tolerate it very well. Situations which are charged with conflict may drive the normally peaceful INFJ into a state of agitation or charged anger. They may tend to internalize conflict into their bodies, and experience health problems when under a lot of stress. "

"On the other hand, INFJ is a perfectionist who doubts that they are living up to their full potential. INFJs are rarely at complete peace with themselves - there's always something else they should be doing to improve themselves and the world around them. They believe in constant growth, and don't often take time to revel in their accomplishments. They have strong value systems, and need to live their lives in accordance with what they feel is right. In deference to the Feeling aspect of their personalities, INFJs are in some ways gentle and easy going. Conversely, they have very high expectations of themselves, and frequently of their families. They don't believe in compromising their ideals."

"In the workplace, the INFJ usually shows up in areas where they can be creative and somewhat independent. They have a natural affinity for art, and many excel in the sciences, where they make use of their intuition. INFJs can also be found in service-oriented professions. They are not good at dealing with minutia or very detailed tasks. The INFJ will either avoid such things, or else go to the other extreme and become enveloped in the details to the extent that they can no longer see the big picture. An INFJ who has gone the route of becoming meticulous about details may be highly critical of other individuals who are not. "

there's another page on me n wilson's relationship but i guess i'll skip that haha

Snakes are mean things.

Venomous snakes are mean, Big snakes (e.g. anacondas) are mean.

After watching so many tapes (work related reasons) about a snake catcher, god gracious do i know truly know how mean they are.

the times when they talk about those big snakes biting ya and u'll suffocate to death and they constrict round u esp if it's around u're neck, you'll hardly hav much chance of surviving. but truly, how strong is strong when they constrict u? u kinda won't know till it truly happens to u or something.

then i saw this scene. the snake wrapped its tail round a man's fist real quick. it's over 3m in length and the sheer size is.. fascinating. anyway, the man was in pain. his blood circulation is being cut off by the snake constriciting it's tail round his fist. 2 other man pulling at it didn't help alot till they used up lotsa strength and ideas on removing its deadly grip. geez.

snake never really caused me to feel much. not that i don't know hw dangerous they are nor do i not fear them. but .. there hasnt been a time where i'm in awe with intimidation or fascination about them yet.

i'm not a lover of snakes u noe.

but one snake caught my attention. it's.. gorgeous. at least i found it gorgeous. i mean... u'll alway hear the host saying 'wow this is gorgeous bla bla'. u hear that australian steve austin guy say crocs r gorgeous probably thousands o'er times already. i could never understand why they think this scaly things looks gorgeous. but this snake, is the first, that ever made me wanna say that it looks gorgeous. it's all black, very very mean and very very aggressive. it has this really intimidating look. thick and mean and black. normally when snakes are caught they wriggle n try to bite. it's normal. but when they catch this snake, its reaction is very very aggressive. it thrusts around dangerously. deadly venomous snake.

gosh.

the Tiger Snake.

The program The Snake Buster has probably been aired in Singapore already. Nonetheless, I think it's probably my first time watching it. First few episodes made me fall asleep but as I watched on, It starts to get my attention and now I have a whole new level of appreciations for snakes. think this host is really good. *grins* always gd when u can appreciate something better. always strive for that. that's wad we live for. Improvements.

learnt something too. don't try washing snake bite wounds. keep pressure bands/bandages or something around and wrap ard arm or where the bite is to cut off circulation or something to stop the venom frm spreadin and next, chiong to hospital of course.

Got up early and left for earlier than usual today so bumped into leehuei while on my way to my office from expo. was waiting for the shuttlebus but got brainwashed to walk with her instead. heard something pretty interesting and funny.

well i guess for those who has known me well for long would've known that my face is pretty much expressionless at times. if not, it normally gets misunderstood as being grouchy. lol only a few lucky ones get to know me and deem me cheerful. means i'm v comfortable w them. cos if i cant chat up normally w u i'll normally zone out. i'm not all that gd with striking up conversations with ppl i'm not v familiar with.

and so my face is always the same ol' straight face when i'm in the office. my colleagues know how to read my expressions to know whether i'm grouchy or not. wilson as well, sano as well, close friends knows basically.

for those who doesn't usually just thinks that i don't smile that much that's all.

and so a japanese colleague of mine commented to leehuei on not having see me flare up before (cos i dun) or put on a v black face (cos face owaz same wahaha) then like v cool like that. (wahahahha *rolls on flr*) . she made that comment after i came by leehuei's desk to give her back her pen and move off to the toilet. my thai colleague then joined in to agree with the japanese colleague's comments.

funny.

rememebered once another temp who left gave us all a farewell gift and each one of us has gotten a personalised message within. mine was something about me always lookin cool and shld smile more.

lol (e__e)

Check out my hamsters! it's so damn fat now! the one in the food bowl is baibai. it's so fat, it looked like a ball sprouting furs! The cute one all crawled up and sleeping on it's back is heizai. the more guai one. always get bullied by the big fat one. normally we'll dote on the smaller one more by allowing it to eat first and giving it treats since it's so poor thing and smaller probably cos big fat one snatches its food. i remembered once witnessing the big one pinning down the small one and snatching a corn from its mouth! so ke lian (poor thing).

Hailoon said these are gems. Dad got it from some thailand guy. neat huh. now i can keep em hehehe pack them aside, forget abt them and years later take them out again.

Got bored so started taking random photos in the kitchen.

Am gonna head down to try out Carl's Jr today with wilson and his friends after i finish work. wonder if it's really good. meat, especially beef, sets my saliva going.

gonna be headin to try an authentic ramen restaurant cos leehuei recommended it and say it's good so she's gonna be bring us there. good food gotta be shared so after i know where it is i'll let u guys know abt it heh.

It's been raining lots and damn heavily nowadays so much so that my slippers and feets are getting soaked. two pair of slippers of mine got 'banned' at work cos too sloppy. wtf!? aiyah heck lah. raining can!? no more shoes to wear!!!

once again i've been asked a question of why blog and related issues abt them. leehuei says my voice sounds nice on the radio lol. it was an simple random-pick interview anyway. so many reasons why ppl wanna start blogs man. for me? i've been writing for 3 -4 years already. blog is like a friend of mine that balances my life. though i contribute less nowadays and altho i blog and pen down less 'thoughts' of mine already or those super duper long entries (that i more than often get protests from Tanya), well, why act intelligent when i think i'm just fine lol i don't have flowerly cheem sounding words and sentences to offer. reading my friends' flowery words r enough. sometimes too much of them causes me to have brain damage. especially feng's. once she sets her mind to it i swear she can toast my brain out. i remembered reading her entry 3 times just to understand wad the heck it was abt. once, i read so many times i lost count and i still couldn't get it. hahahaha

don't have to always wreck my brain and split it apart trying to think of things to 'discuss' about or topics to write abt. i merely randomly write, leadin to general entries abt wad i'm doin and all hahaha well, i CAN discuss. but i dislike thinking of topics to write abt. lol

lazy.

i'm hungry. rarr. ate only porridge this morn. more n more taichi games in the office now. fingers and mouths more powerful than guns man. sianz. adults r such idiots wahahaha

i tried makin somen last night to eat. all by myself to enjoy. think i cooked too much. wahaha couldnt' finish altho i tried finish at least 3/4 of it. mom chucked the rest.

watched full circle last night and saw a scene of child abuse. serious wacking. then mom was sitting by the couch watching with me and i ate my somen noisily. think those scenes sparked some thoughts in her and she started tellin me abt her mom. my grandma who has passed away nearly 4 years ago. (time flies!) grandma led a pretty tough life. she's 83 when she passed away so she would've been 87 by now i guess. 87 years ago, life in sg was tough. slightly after world war i guess. there were still the tradition of taking in young girls as wives-to-be for the newborn (or yet born) sons. so wives would normally end up being much older than the guys. naturally there'll be generation gap and more than often, sad fact abt such arranged marriages r that there's hardly love between these couples. most of these men end up having second wives or something. grandma led a life hardly seeing her husband. all she had, was her kids. yet so mani children to take care of. well, back then sons r the gems of the family for obvious reasons. favouritsm exists in a large scale in families. mom happens to be one of those targetted for venting frustrations. heard frm mom abt how grandma would beat them and all. well my mom is always the fierce and independent one in the family altho grandma is v fierce as well. mom pretty rebellious back then lol can still see that rebellious streak in her now. haiz. thank god such practices no longer exists in modern world. back then kids were sold to familes for money. haiz. unthinkable.

Saw a cute lil kitten that's probably just a couple of weeks old being carried across from Cheer's fridge into the bushes. the mama cat lifted it up by biting at it's neck area. cute!!!! then that lil fella was such an energetic furball that it kept prancing around the bushes, making it difficult for me to take a good look at it, let alone try getting a gd shot with my hp camera.

think at some point we got too close to the baby and the mama cat got fierce with us LOL suddenly prance into sight from the bushes and hissed at us.

alritey, note taken. me n wilson backed off and squatted elsewhere to 'view' the kitten.

went Benppu Ramen at China Square on tuesday evening. was supposed to meet wenhao there with wilson to get something but that guy got sick so me n bf had a good dinner there ourselves. wilson challenged eating at spicy rate 8 (maximum!!!) and my gawd. just a tiny drop was enough to make me sure that it's a damn spicy one. i took rate 2 and i was sweating already. wilson is mad i tell ya! but the dessert was yummy. hee.

me n wilson went swimming on wednesday evening haha surprisingly still quite crowded though the skies darkened significantly.

after 3 pathetic laps i attempted, got tired, so soon started 'soaking' in the water for the rest of the time. LOL

Bedok Interchange's havin pasar malam right now! those huge ones! I simply love pasar malams since young though some could be seriously boring and pathetic but this one is packed and bustling and lotsa food and stuff and i bought cheap yet super nice stickers! 8 big and long strips (hamtaro.. mickey mse.. pooh bear n friends.. cute rabbit) for only a buck in total! there was turkish ice cream as well! turkish men are cheeky fellows. winked at wilson! wahahaha

but seriously, wad caught my undivided attention and drooling at the mere thought of it, are the MEATPUFFS!!! totally adored them. mom always buy them when i was a kid. but it's kinda hard to find nowadays in singapore. gotta go to specific places to get them. realised bedok interchange's hawker have lots to offer! food-wise! never did pay much attention to them before but.. wow. the mutton soup n all was gd. i like such atmosphere. the bustling feeling of kopitiams. everybody eat in relaxed manner but there's this excitable air around. well, i HAVE been helpin out at my dad's stall when i was a kid. influences. heh

took a shot with my hp when returning home from the swim.

i wandered around and went about buying this little gift for wilson. made 2. one for him and one for me. hee

surprise present for wilson

it's the korean festival now i think? lotsa events poppin up like film fests n activities during various dates.

am gonna go watch a korean movie named "Mapodo" w my colleagues later altho i have almost zero idea wad it's about. hahahaaha

Think I'm a slave for meat puffs cos they make me automatically wanna drool!

There's a pasar malam over at bedok interchange and they are sellin meat puffs there!! gonna go there after work to buy more. bought 3 yesterday, shared one with wilson and dad gobbled up the rest *cries*

have i mentioned that i bought a new blender? anyway, tried making smoothies and there's two conclusions.

1. Sour grapes makes sour smoothies. *yuck*
it's supposed to be sweet you know. damn!

2. Banana, handled inappropriately, makes REALLY HORRIBLE smoothies.
in fact i don't even know if it could be considered a smoothie in the first place.
Error no 1: Too little milk
Error no 2: Too many Banana!
Result: yogurt like texture, totally banana-ish!

MY GAWD YUCK.

my poor boi has to pretend like it tastes alrite and finish his share while i struggle to finish mine cos i made it. *gives a sour look*

haiz my poor dear is always so nice n obliging. thus suffering my miscalculated cooking results. my baibai is so fat now. top view down into the food bowl and it looked like a ball sprouting fur.

went o'er to sano's place yesterday. RAIN!!!!! rarrr!! and the journey was damn long. from my hse to choa chu kang. swear my butt's crackin! went over to get the puzzle boggle game from him and burn CD. then we crapped and all and sano taught me a few chords with his guitar. tough! my fingers are swollen just after pressing around a couple of strings that bored into my fingers like knives. my nails were hindering me from pressing them down correctly thus striking the wrong chord occasionally.

was eyeing this digicam but it's $500?

haiz

CL gave me the idea to auction away the old one. at least i get some $ back ya.

hm..

anyway, knockoff time. cya all!

MEATPUFFS!!!

ah yes, one last thing,

Dear, I love u lots! *huggles*
